Well, I'm not going to apologize for my incredibly long hiatus, because... it was worth it. I know, I know, I should be working on all the damn stories I have hanging on here anf FFN. But I have had a revelation- an epiphany, if you will.

On May 13, I lost my internet. It's still gone- I'm relying on dial-up at the moment. And, a week ago, I lost my iPod.

This may seem horrible. Atrocious. Ghastly. Inconceivable. I thought it was too. And, even now, I get odd looks when I tell people. Pitying looks. "How do you live? What do you do?"

I relax. Yes, that's right. I find my life more relaxing without technology than with. Technology is nice and all, and I don't think we should abandon it completely. But after my minor cardiac arrest after scouring my bag for my iPod and turning up empty-handed, I felt... exactly the same as I did before I lost it. In fact, right now I feel better. It's a strange thing. But technology almost made me feel... rushed. Overwhelmed, like, because I could multitask, I had to. It's nice to be able to slow down the pace of your life.

I've devoted a few journals on dA aobut technology, mostly the good, but I probably have a few rants (and if I don't, I sure as hell was thinking them).

Thus, I am sad to inform you, that I will not be continuing my stories for a while. It's not really a hiatus, because I'm not leaving them forever (yes, I know what a hiatus is, but whnever something goes on hiatus, it rarely comes back). I just need something different.

SO, here's your part. YOu must make requests. Lots of them. From any fandom, or original fiction. Any style, any length. Challenge me. Make me work a bit. Because it's summer, my loooong battery of tests is finally(!) over, and I'm ready for something new. If I don't know anything about the fandom you request (especially anime, I'm terrible with that, I only watch a few, and very little well-known ones XD) I'll research it. I'm trying a new thing: a story per week. Daunting, isn't it?

I still RP. My xanga site is functioning. So, if you like my OC and OU (original universe) feel free. But, if you like interesting (like I do), I want to try a 'net version of a game I'm playing with my friend: The Letter Writing Game. In this, each person creates a character, and the first sets up the situation/setting etc. And then... you write
